yeah i wasn’t really into the muppets either as a kid, but i heard that the movie is really heartwarming, sweet, and funny.
i heard that, too, about the new movie :) i heard it’s very nostalgic, but i don’t think i’ll get the nostalgia since i was never a fan.

Nope. You’re not the only one. I was never into the muppets as a kid. I do like Kermit though.

gonzo is just a monster I think. I’m not a big fan, but maybe if we were a little older I think we were too young. I don’t recall the muppet show being on when I was a kid, but I know people liked that. I vaguely recall Fraggle Rock tho.
Oh wow, I was sure I was the only one who never got the Muppet love :P I don’t know if The Muppets were ever very popular in Finland. The only thing I remember is the cartoon. And yeah, I think The Muppets just weren’t very popular when I was a kid in the late 80s and early 90s.
I have to review the new Muppet movie soon and I’m not excited. The Muppets were never my thing. I don’t know why. Maybe I was too young when they were hip. I do remember watching the cartoon where they were babies, but I cannot name any muppets except Kermit and Miss Piggy. There’s also that blue thing that has a weird nose. What is he, anyway? A fly without wings?
I was also forever traumatized by that one Muppet Christmas movie. My mom bought it when I was about 8 and made us watch it every year, and my brother and I didn’t have the heart to tell her that we hated that movie.
So yeah. I do not like The Muppets.
Teehee my mom stroked my cheeks today and said “oooh they’re baby soft!” ^_^ And now she wants me to buy her some jojoba oil, too.

I really hope the commentator is Tuomas Virkkunen. He’s my favorite Finnish commentator and he’s not a Cule or a Madridista, so he’s not usually that biased.
